ELLO CHALLENGE

What is ELO Challenge

What is ELO Challenge?
The ELO Challenge Prop Bet is a thrilling way for poker players to put their skills to the test while adding a competitive edge to their sessions. These bets revolve around Spin & Gold’s ELO Rating System, where players aim to climb the rankings by making smart, strategic plays. Players can either create their own challenges or join existing ones, setting personal goals and deadlines to boost their ELO ratings—making the stakes even more exciting with potential rewards for outperforming their targets. Getting involved in an ELO Challenge is a great way to stay motivated and improve your game, pushing yourself to new heights while sharpening your poker strategies. You can find these ELO Challenge Prop Bets in the Prop Bet Menu or directly in the Spin & Gold Lobby. It’s a perfect blend of fun and competitive spirit for anyone looking to raise their poker skills and ratings.

How to Register

How to Register for an ELO Challenge: A Pro Poker Player’s Take Joining an ELO Challenge is as simple as sitting down at the poker table. Setting Up the Challenge: You’ve got options—go for a Single Challenge or invite multiple players to up the stakes. Decide the length of your challenge in increments of 1 hour, with a minimum duration of 24 hours. You can plan ahead, scheduling up to 7 days in advance, with the challenge kicking off on the hour. Customize the action by setting your desired target rating—just like knowing the pot you’re chasing. Selecting Players: When crafting your challenge, choose how many opponents you want to face—fly solo or make it a multi-player event. Host’s Buy-In: As the host, you’ll need to put down a deposit upfront, based on how many participants you’re taking on and the size of the bet at stake.

How to Win an ELO Challenge

Winning an ELO Challenge — From a Poker Player’s Perspective Kicking off the Challenge: Just like sitting down at a poker table, the ELO Challenge starts when the Host sets the game in motion at the scheduled time. Once the cards are dealt (or in this case, once the challenge begins), the Host can choose to fold, or forfeit, after a certain period if the heat gets too much. Throughout the challenge, ELO Ratings, much like the chips you win or lose in a poker game, fluctuate with every outcome. Everyone involved can see the shifts in real time, giving you a clear read on who's in the lead and where the competition stands. Ending the Challenge: The game wraps up in one of three ways: Host Win — If the Host reaches the target ELO Rating, they pull in the pot and claim victory. Bettor Win — If the Host misses the mark, the Bettors cash in, much like opponents collecting your chips after you fail to make a hand. Host Forfeit — If the pressure’s too much and the Host folds early, the Bettors win by default. In poker terms, you need to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em!

Additional Information

Challenge Cancellation and Forfeiting: As a host or operator, you have the ability to cancel a challenge before it kicks off. However, once the challenge is underway, pulling the plug will count as a loss for the host. Refunds for any canceled challenges will be handled according to the usual Terms & Conditions. History Tracking: Before the challenge begins, players can review the host’s last 10 games for reference. Once the challenge is in progress, any games played within the challenge’s timeframe will also be visible for added transparency. Maintenance Extension: Challenges might be extended if there’s server maintenance, giving everyone a fair shot. Any challenges that are scheduled to begin during maintenance will be automatically canceled. Unregistering and Canceling Valid Games: Only games that finish after the challenge starts are considered valid. If a game begins during the challenge but wraps up after the challenge ends, it won’t count. Keep that in mind to avoid any misunderstandings.

BANKROLL CHALLENGE

What is Bankroll Challenge

A Bankroll Challenge, particularly when tied to prop bets, is an engaging way for poker players to test their bankroll-building skills over a set time frame. It’s essentially a challenge where players either take on a goal themselves or compete against others, with the ultimate aim of growing their bankroll through smart play and solid strategy. These challenges are often motivated by prop bets—wagers made to add an extra layer of excitement and accountability. Not only does the challenge push players to sharpen their game, but the prop bet element ensures that there’s a financial incentive for both hitting and missing the target. Here’s how it typically works: The player, or "host," sets a bankroll target to be achieved within a specific period. If they reach that target by the end of the challenge, they win the prop bet. If they don’t, the bettors who wagered against them walk away with the win. Throughout the challenge, all profits add to the bankroll, while losses, of course, chip away at the total. These Bankroll Challenge prop bets can be found in a designated Prop Bet Menu, where players can track their progress and engage in the action with others looking for similar stakes. It’s a fun, competitive way to push the limits of your poker skills while also staying disciplined in bankroll management.

Players can choose to challenge other players to a Bankroll

Game Types in Prop Betting: A Poker Pro's Perspective As a poker player, you’ve got two main ways to approach a prop bet: either take on other players in a Bankroll Challenge or go solo and play against yourself. Single Mode Single Mode is essentially when you're playing against the house—or in this case, yourself. This kicks in when the host sets the number of bettors to 0. In poker terms, there’s no action here—no one is placing bets, so there’s no prize pool to scoop at the end of the challenge. Bet Mode Now, this is where it gets interesting for those who thrive on competition. In Bet Mode, the host sets up a challenge and allows a specified number of bettors to place bets against them. If no one steps up to the table, don’t sweat it—the host’s initial bet is refunded, and the game shifts back to Single Mode. Think of it as a missed opportunity for a heads-up match turning into a solo grind. However, if there aren’t enough bettors to match the host’s set number, the difference is refunded for the bettors who didn’t show. So, you’ll only be risking money based on actual participation, much like how a tournament buy-in adjusts to the number of entries. It’s about managing your stack and knowing the field you're up against.

What are the Payouts

Understanding the Payouts: A Poker Player’s Breakdown When setting up a Prop Bet, the host lays out all the key parameters: the challenge goal, start and end times, the games involved, the number of bettors, the amount each person wagers, and any markup added to the pot. To make it official, the host needs to lock in a deposit to kick things off. How the money gets split depends on the challenge's outcome:

Host Wins the Challenge: If the host meets the challenge goal, they scoop up all the money put in by the bettors, plus their own deposit. It's a clean sweep—just like pushing all the chips their way after a winning hand.

Host Loses the Challenge: If the host falls short, they lose their deposit, which goes to the bettors. On top of that, the bettors also keep whatever amount they wagered. If multiple bettors are involved, the winnings get divided equally among them, so every bettor gets a piece of the host's misstep
This payout structure is as straightforward as a poker pot: the chips go to the one who plays their cards right.

Are Other Earnings Considered? When you're grinding on 7XL, it's not just about the hands you win at the tables—other types of profits can also count toward your Bankroll Challenge. Here’s a breakdown of what gets added to your challenge bankroll and what doesn’t. Profits that count toward your Bankroll Challenge: GGCheers & GGCare: Any bonuses or rewards you snag through these promos. Honeymoon: Rewards earned during your early days on the platform. Bad Beat Jackpot: Cash from that painful, but profitable, bad beat. AoF Jackpot: When you go all-in and hit the jackpot. Bounty Jackpot: Knockout bonuses that come with an extra payday. Red Envelope/Cash Drop: Those surprise gifts or cash prizes. All-In Fortune: Hit it big when you shove. Leaderboards: Climbing the ranks and cashing in from leaderboard prizes. Profits that do not count toward your Bankroll Challenge: Bet on Flop: Wagering on what might show up post-deal. Next Hand Roulette: Taking a chance on predicting future hands. Staking: Backing or being backed by other players doesn’t contribute. Spin & Gold Insurance: That added protection when spinning for gold isn’t counted. Prop Bets: Side bets on anything outside your actual gameplay are excluded. For jackpots, only those hit in the blinds you’ve configured for the Bankroll Challenge will be added to your progress. Both C$ and T$ winnings are valid, but any Fish Buffet rewards you earned before starting the challenge won't count toward your bankroll goal. Keep these in mind while building your stack—every little edge helps.

LAST LONGER

In the world of poker, a "Last Longer" bet brings an additional edge to any tournament. Essentially, it's a side wager among players to see who can stay in the game the longest. Whether you’re competing against friends or fellow grinders, this type of prop bet turns the pressure up a notch, adding a layer of excitement as everyone pushes to outlast one another. For players, these bets are a fun way to heighten the stakes and enjoy some friendly rivalry alongside the main action. They offer a chance to boost the tournament experience, whether it’s with a close-knit group or casual competition. You’ll often find Last Longer Prop Bets listed in the Prop Bet Menu or within the Tournament Lobby. Keep an eye out for them, and you might just add another win to your session.

To participate in a Last Longer Prop Bet, first, register for a tournament that has not yet begun

To get in on a Last Longer Prop Bet, you’ll first need to sign up for an upcoming tournament that hasn't kicked off yet. After you've secured your tournament seat, you can jump into or set up your own Last Longer Prop Bet. Just head to the Prop Bet Menu or locate it right in the Tournament Lobby.

Here’s where you can throw down a Last Longer bet:
Featured Tournaments Signature Tournaments Standard Tournaments Battle Royale AoF Sit & Go Just like in poker, timing’s everything—so make sure you're in before the action begins!

The Payout of the Last Longer Prop Bet depends on how the winnings are paid out

In the world of poker, Last Longer prop bets are a popular side action during tournaments. The payout structure can vary, and it’s crucial to determine how the winnings will be distributed before placing your bet. Here’s a breakdown of the most common payout options:

Winner Takes All – This is the purest form of the Last Longer bet. The last player standing scoops 100% of the prize pool once everyone else busts out. It’s a high-stakes option for those who like to go big or go home.

Payout to x% – In this scenario, the final x% of participants split the prize pool. The exact percentage is agreed upon before the bet starts, and the payouts are shared among the last remaining players. Standard – This mirrors a typical tournament payout structure. The top finishers receive payouts based on their placement, with a larger share going to those who last longer. Top Heavy – Here, the player finishing in first place gets the lion’s share of the pot, while others get smaller portions. It’s ideal for players who aim for the top and want to maximize their return
Even Split – The prize is divided equally among a predetermined number of players, regardless of their exact placement. This option is a bit more conservative but ensures a guaranteed return for multiple players.

Understanding these payout structures allows you to tailor your betting strategy to the risk and reward you’re comfortable with.

Bet payouts will be distributed at the conclusion of the Prop Bet

Finalizing the Prop Bet Payouts Once the action concludes and every spot is locked in, the payouts for the Last Longer Prop Bet will be distributed accordingly. All positions must be determined before anyone collects their winnings. Unregistering and Cancelling Before jumping into a Last Longer Prop Bet, take a good look at the payout structure and check how many players need to be in the mix. Understanding these details is key to avoiding any issues later on. You can back out of the Last Longer or unregister anytime before the tournament kicks off. If the required number of participants isn’t reached, the Last Longer will be called off. Should the Last Longer be canceled after it starts, the prize pool will be split among the remaining participants, excluding anyone who has already busted.

Come Try Out 7XL’s New Prop Bets: A Game-Changing Experience for Players

As a poker pro, I’ve always believed that one of the best parts of the game isn’t just the competition—it’s the camaraderie, the fun side bets, and the little extras that keep us engaged between hands. That’s why I’m excited to tell you about 7XL’s latest addition to their platform: Prop Bets.

Whether you’re a seasoned player or a recreational one, Prop Bets are a fantastic way to boost the excitement of any game or tournament. They offer you and your friends the chance to create custom challenges and side bets, adding an extra layer of fun and competition without affecting the main tournament’s prize pool. Best of all, they come with zero fees, meaning all your wagers go directly into the action.

What Are Prop Bets?
For those unfamiliar, “Prop” is short for proposition bets, and in poker, these are bets made on anything from how a specific player performs to whether a certain hand will show up. They’re completely separate from the actual tournament or cash game itself. You can create bets on things like:

Who lasts the longest at the final table.
Whether a particular player will win a hand with pocket aces.
How many hands someone will win in a specific session.
Prop Bets can be as serious or lighthearted as you want them to be. Some players might use them to boost focus and intensity, while others do it purely for bragging rights. The key here is flexibility. 7XL’s new system lets you customize these bets entirely, which means you and your group can tailor the experience to fit your style of play.

Why Try 7XL’s Prop Bets?
If you’re anything like me, you know that poker isn’t just about the money—it’s about the thrill, the challenge, and, of course, having a little fun along the way. With Prop Bets, you’re not only increasing the stakes of individual moments in the game but also adding a social and competitive layer that brings you and your friends closer.

Here’s why I think 7XL’s Prop Bets are a game-changer:

1. No Fees
This one’s big. Unlike other platforms or side betting systems where you might lose a chunk to rake or fees, 7XL doesn’t charge a single cent for Prop Bets. What you bet is what you get, plain and simple.

2. Add More Excitement
Whether it’s a small friendly wager or a high-stakes challenge between pros, Prop Bets heighten the tension. Every hand, every player decision suddenly becomes more impactful. You could be out of the tournament but still have something to root for with a side bet in play.

3. Social Bonding
I’ve always found that Prop Bets are a great way to build camaraderie. When you’re playing with friends, it’s fun to create side challenges or personal goals. You might have two players betting on who can last longer, or someone daring a bold all-in play on a side bet. Prop Bets keep the table lively, full of laughs, and more competitive than ever.

4. Customizable and Simple
7XL’s Prop Bet system is incredibly intuitive. You can set up almost any type of bet you can think of, right in the platform. Whether it’s a long-term challenge over a series of games or a one-off wager for a single hand, the customization makes it easy to add that extra layer of strategy and excitement.

How to Get Started
Getting started with 7XL’s Prop Bets is simple. If you already have an account, the feature is built right into the platform, and if you’re new to 7XL, you’re just a quick sign-up away from joining one of the most exciting online poker rooms out there.

Once you’re logged in, you can start making Prop Bets in your favorite tournaments and games. Create side wagers with friends, or jump in on other players’ Prop Bets to keep things interesting. The beauty of Prop Bets is that they’re as simple or as creative as you want them to be.

Final Thoughts
In my years of playing poker, I’ve come to learn that the most memorable games aren’t always the ones where I’ve won the most money. Often, they’re the games where the stakes felt bigger because of those little side bets, the friendly challenges, or the last-longer bets with my friends. 7XL’s new Prop Bet feature brings that energy to the virtual felt in a way that’s fresh, easy to use, and most importantly, fun.

So, next time you’re on 7XL, give Prop Bets a try. Whether you’re playing for a big side wager or just a little extra friendly competition, I guarantee it’ll enhance your poker experience. See you at the tables!
