Short Deck Poker 7XL

Welcome to Short Deck Poker.

Beloved by both recreational players and high rollers, this format is arguably the most exhilarating variant of poker. It’s a hit among those who relish thrilling games of chance.

What sets Short Deck apart from traditional Hold ‘Em? There are fewer cards! We’ve removed the 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s.

This means the hand rankings change.

You can form your hand using one or both of your hole cards, along with the five community cards.

Hitting the Jackpot

How to Qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot:
To trigger the Bad Beat Jackpot, the following conditions must be met:

The hand must go to a showdown.
Both the winner and the loser must use both of their hole cards (two hole cards for PLO/PLO-5) to create the best five-card hand.
Pocket pairs are necessary for both the winner’s and loser’s four-of-a-kind hands.
Additional Rules:
For RIMT (Running it Multiple Times), only the outcome of the first run counts towards the jackpot.
If you’ve already met the jackpot conditions, you will receive the rewards even if you leave the table or get disconnected.

Jackpot Payout

Jackpot Payout Details
All blinds contribute to the same jackpot payout percentage, even though the jackpot distribution varies for each blind level.

The jackpot payout percentages are detailed in the table below.

Important Points:
Jackpot winnings will be credited directly to your wallet.
If you’ve received your hole cards, the remaining players will still receive their rewards even if you leave the table or get disconnected (even if your hand is auto-folded).
In Rush & Cash games, players qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot regardless of the number of players at the table.
If two players win the Bad Beat Jackpot with the same full house hand, the prize will be split equally between them.

Jackpot Payout Details
Jackpot Fund

Jackpot Fund Details
Hold’em, PLO, PLO-5, Short Deck, Rush & Cash Hold’em, and Rush & Cash PLO all share a common jackpot fund dedicated solely to Bad Beat Jackpot prizes and payouts.

The jackpot fund grows by allocating portions of the pots from these games, ensuring there’s always a cash prize ready for those who hit the jackpot.

You can view the live Bad Beat Jackpot pool in the PC client lobby/tables and the mobile client lobby.

Fund Accumulation
Hold’em, PLO, PLO-5, Rush & Cash Hold’em, and Rush & Cash PLO:

If the pot is 30 big blinds or more, 1 big blind will be added to the jackpot fund before the payout to the winner.
For 3-Blind games, if the pot is 30 big blinds or more, 0.4 big blind will be added to the jackpot fund.
If there are 4 or fewer players at the table, it will be treated as a standard 2-blind table, and 1 big blind will be added to the jackpot fund.
Short Deck:

If the pot is 100 button blinds or more, 1 button blind will be added to the jackpot fund before the payout to the winner.
