HOUSE RULES POKER 7XL

POKER 7XL CODE OF CONDUCT (“HOUSE RULES”)

POKER 7XL believes that creating a secure, transparent and comfortable gambling environment is fundamental to ensuring the highest quality gaming experience for every user of our platform.

Compliance with the principles of ethical gaming is the core of our business. In order to maintain consistently high standards and preserve the reputational integrity of gaming processes, POKER 7XL has developed these House Rules.

All participants of the platform are required to strictly adhere to the provisions of these rules, as well as adhere to the established norms, guidelines and operational standards, as this directly contributes to optimizing the quality of the gaming environment for the entire POKER 7XL community.

Minor Access Policy
The 7XL platform, including all services provided through it, is intended solely for users who have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of the relevant jurisdictions in which the platform operates. Access to 7XL is strictly prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. In the event that minors are detected, their accounts will be immediately and unconditionally blocked and they will be banned from using the platform for life.

POKER 7XL is committed to implementing and maintaining comprehensive protection mechanisms provided by applicable laws to prevent any attempts by minors to access the platform’s gaming services.

Responsible Gambling Principles
7XL attaches utmost importance to creating a safe and controlled gambling environment aimed at preventing excessive or uncontrolled use of gaming products, as well as protecting vulnerable groups of the population, including minors. The platform is aware of its social responsibility to customers and the wider gaming community, striving to minimize the negative consequences of gambling.

To achieve this goal, POKER 7XL implements comprehensive safeguards, including self-limiting tools, educational materials and partnerships with relevant organizations. We use all available and reasonable means to prevent gambling addiction and ensure the protection of vulnerable categories of users.

For more information on our responsible gambling initiatives, please visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Anti-Money Laundering
7XL strictly adheres to regulatory requirements and standards aimed at preventing the use of the platform for criminal purposes, such as money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal activities. We are committed to implementing and maintaining effective control procedures that minimize the risks of our services being associated with illegal activities.

The platform’s management and employees undergo regular training to ensure that they fully understand their legal obligations and comply with all necessary procedures. We guarantee transparency and compliance with international and local legal standards in order to maintain the highest level of trust from users and regulators.

Geographical restrictions

Due to the differences in the legal regulations governing online poker, as well as the risks associated with political instability and terrorist threats, the 7XL platform temporarily suspends the registration and access of players from certain countries and jurisdictions.

If during the registration process a user does not find their country of residence in the proposed list, this means that access to 7XL services and products is not available to them. The platform reserves the right to periodically update the list of restricted territories in accordance with current legal requirements and internal policies.

Multitabling Policy

The POKER 7XL platform provides users with the ability to participate in multiple games or at multiple tables simultaneously. However, the maximum number of tables or games available to one player is limited by the technical parameters of the software used (e.g. desktop, mobile or browser applications). This restriction is aimed at ensuring a comfortable gaming experience for both individual participants and the entire community.

Cash Game Entry Fee Rules

To join a 7XL cash game table, a new player must make an initial entry fee equal to the table’s betting floor or small blind. This fee is governed by the same principles as the forced blind bets (bluff bets made by the first two players to the left of the dealer in Hold’em and Omaha games). This fee is required to start the game and ensures a level playing field for all players.

In some cases, players may choose to “sit out” until the big blind is posted before the action begins.

This ensures fairness by preventing players from gaining an unfair advantage by joining the game in late position to avoid the forced blind bets.

Missed Bets Policy

In cash games (as opposed to tournament tables, where players pay a fixed buy-in to enter), players may choose to temporarily suspend their participation in the game. However, if a player misses their turn to place a blind bet while inactive, additional payments may be required upon re-entering the game:

1. If a player misses the small blind while inactive, they must post an amount equal to the big blind when they re-enter. This bet is considered an “active” bet and is included in the current hand.

2. If a player misses both the small blind and the big blind, they must post two amounts when they re-enter: an active bet equal to the big blind, and an “inactive” bet equal to the small blind. The latter is immediately added to the general pot.

This system ensures fairness by preventing the possibility of gaining an advantage by intentionally missing forced bets.

Rules for resolving disputes in case of equal combinations

If two or more players finish a hand with the same poker hands, the winner is determined by the following criteria:

1. In the case of identical combinations (for example, a pair of kings against a pair of kings), the deciding factor is the rank of the card that is not included in the general sequence (the so-called “kicker”). The player with the higher rank of the kicker is declared the winner.

2. In the case of a complete match of combinations (absolute tie), the general pot (the accumulated pool of chips contested by the participants) is divided equally between all players with equal hands.

This policy guarantees transparency and fairness in the distribution of winnings.

Time Limit Policy

To maintain a dynamic and comfortable gaming process, the 7XL platform sets time limits for making decisions, which may vary depending on the type of table, game format or stage of the tournament.

Players are obliged to take action within the allotted time. Failure to comply with the established limit results in an automatic fold and the loss of all previously placed bets in the current hand. This rule is aimed at ensuring a uniform pace of play and minimizing delays, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere for all participants.

Time Bank Policy

Most 7XL poker games provide players with extra time to make decisions in difficult situations. This time resource, called a “time bank”, is activated automatically if a player does not complete an action within the allotted standard time.

The time bank is visually displayed and gradually decreases as it is used. Players can use this extra time to complete their actions. However, if the time bank expires before a player makes a decision, their hand is automatically folded. This measure is aimed at maintaining the momentum of the game and ensuring a comfortable gaming experience for all participants.

Premature Exit Policy

To ensure a high quality gaming experience and prevent abuse, 7XL has strict rules regarding player behavior at cash tables. If a player joins a table, plays one hand, and immediately leaves the game without playing at least 10 hands, the system considers this as a refusal to continue playing at that table.

Repeated refusals at tables with the same blind level may result in a temporary ban from such games. The length of the ban depends on the frequency of the violations during any 12-hour period:

– First refusal: no penalty.

– Second refusal: 5-minute ban.

– Third refusal: 15-minute ban.

– Fourth refusal: 30-minute ban.

– Fifth refusal: 60-minute ban.

Exceptions are made in cases where a player leaves a table where all other players are already present, or is the only player at the table. In such situations, the action is not considered a refusal and no penalty is applied.

This policy applies to all cash game variants, with the exception of Rush & Cash and All-In or Fold.

Fee and Charge Policy

As a gaming platform operator, 7XL charges a rake on every pot formed at cash tables. The rake varies depending on the game type and stake level. For detailed information on the fee structure, players are advised to check the Our Games section of the 7XL website, where detailed data is available for each poker variant.

Tournament games do not collect rake directly, but the platform does charge a fixed tournament fee that is added to the buy-in price. The fee is displayed in the tournament lobby for each event. For example, a $1 Omaholic tournament would result in a total payment of $1, with $0.92 going towards the buy-in and $0.08 towards the tournament fee (as of April 2019).

This system ensures transparency and allows players to see the financial terms of the games in advance.

Table Conduct

The principles of correct conduct traditionally observed at live poker tables also apply to the 7XL platform. Below is a set of etiquette rules that are mandatory for all participants:

– Any display of aggression, intimidation or harassment of other players is prohibited.

– Using excessive amounts of emoji or engaging in “shouting arguments” with other participants is unacceptable.

– If a player experiences technical delays (lags), this should be taken into account as a natural occurrence in online gaming. In such cases, it is recommended to politely notify other participants of the difficulties that have arisen.

Tournament Policy

All tournaments start strictly according to the schedule specified in the tournament lobby. The 7XL platform reserves the right to change the start time, postpone or cancel the event without prior notice.

Seats at the tables are randomly allocated. The prize pool and its structure are determined depending on the number of participants, the game format and other factors. The final prize pool parameters are not known until registration closes and the rebuy/add period has ended.

To participate in tournaments with re-entry, rebuy, or add options, a player must have available funds in their account.

Late Registration

Most tournaments support late registration, the duration of which is specified in the tournament lobby. However, the late registration period may be terminated early if:

1. The minimum number of players required to start payments (“in the money”) is reached.

2. The tournament has reached its maximum number of participants.

In this case, additional players will not be able to join the tournament, and the prize pool will be determined solely based on the amount of fees from registered participants, regardless of the announced guaranteed prizes.

Unregistration

Players can unregister from a tournament up to a set time, which may vary depending on the type of event. However, some tournaments, such as satellites or prize draws, may not allow unregistration. 7XL reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of registration and cancellation without prior notice.

This policy is aimed at ensuring fairness, transparency and a comfortable gaming process for all participants.

Tournament Elimination Policy

Most tournaments end when one player has all the chips in play. However, in some cases, a tournament may end early if the remaining players have tied prizes (for example, if a satellite tournament is giving away five identical prizes, it will end when five players remain).

If two or more players are eliminated in the same hand, their final standings are determined by the number of chips they had at the start of the hand. The player with the most chips will be ranked higher than those with the least chips. In the event that players started the hand with the same number of chips, priority is given to table position, with the player closest to the button clockwise from the table receiving the advantage.

As players are eliminated, the software automatically reseats players to fill vacant seats at other tables. Reseating is done randomly, which may result in multiple big blinds being posted in a row. To ensure an even distribution of players between tables, the system may also perform balancing. In this case, players are usually moved to positions that most closely match their current position relative to the blinds.

Tournament Break Policy

Information about the duration and frequency of breaks is displayed in the lobby of each tournament. A countdown to the next break is also displayed.

Most tournaments have synchronized breaks, but this is not a requirement for all events. 7XL recommends that players carefully review the break schedule before starting the game to ensure a comfortable participation.

Disconnection and Technical Delay Policy

Participation in a tournament implies acceptance of the risks associated with possible technical problems, such as unstable internet connection, delays (lags), freezes or other problems on the side of the player’s device or network connection.

7XL is not responsible for disconnections of participants, except in cases caused by server failures. However, we strive to minimize the impact on players, especially in the final stages of real money tournaments, by providing additional time to reconnect.

If a player loses connection during a hand, their actions depend on the situation:

– If a player is faced with a decision, their hand is automatically folded.
– If a player has no action, their hand may be checked.

If a player is not connected to the game at the start of a hand, they will still be dealt cards, and blinds and/or antes will be added.

An individual player has the right to temporarily refrain from active play, while continuing to receive cards and pay forced bets. However, coordinating such actions between two or more participants (at the same table or at different tables) is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation of the rules, falling under the 7XL platform anti-collusion policy.

Poker Game Rules

1. Betting and Chip Limits
Bets cannot exceed the total value of chips available on the table at the start of a hand. Adding additional chips is only allowed between hands. If a player runs out of chips during a hand, he is automatically declared “all-in”. Cashing out of the table or partially withdrawing money during a game session is strictly prohibited.

2. Table Communication
Discussing current hands, including commenting on possible cards or strategies, is strictly prohibited until the action is over. Such actions can negatively affect the gaming experience of other participants. Intentionally using information to pressure opponents (e.g. “coffee-sitting”) is considered a violation of the rules and can lead to penalties, temporary suspension or permanent account ban.

3. Inappropriate Behavior
Any form of offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate behavior, including offensive language, racist or vulgar comments, is strictly prohibited. All instances of such behavior will be promptly investigated and offenders may be subject to disciplinary action, including restriction of access to the platform.

4. Random Number Generator (RNG)
You agree that all casino game outcomes are determined by the RNG software. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or disrupt the system may result in immediate exclusion from the platform and referral of the matter to law enforcement for criminal or civil investigation.

Chat and Emoji Policy

1. **Chat Rules**
Chat is for legal and constructive discussions only. It is prohibited to post content that:
– Is defamatory, illegal or violates the rights of third parties;
– Is racist, vulgar, offensive, threatening or profane;
– Is intended to impersonate another person or organization;
– Is used for advertising or contains links to malware;
– Is intended to manipulate the market, collude, or harvest data about other users;
– Violates intellectual property rights or privacy;
– Is written in a language other than the primary language of the forum.

We reserve the right to moderate chats, record conversations, and take action, including deleting messages, banning accounts, or reporting information to the appropriate authorities, if violations are detected.

2. Use of Emojis
While the use of Emojis is encouraged, excessive use of them (e.g., “spamming”) will not be tolerated. Players are encouraged to maintain balance and respect other participants.

3. SnapCam Feature
The SnapCam video streaming feature is designed to create an interactive experience. However, broadcasting offensive, racist, sexist, or advertising content is strictly prohibited. Using the feature to harass other players is also prohibited. Violators will lose access to SnapCam and, in cases of serious violations, may be subject to additional sanctions, including account banning. We reserve the right to disable the feature entirely or refer suspicious content to the appropriate authorities.

General

We provide users with the ability to interact through chats and other platform features, but each action must comply with the established rules. Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to temporary suspension, account deletion, or referral to law enforcement.

We reserve the right to change the chat, emoji, and other feature policies without prior notice in order to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all participants.

Tournament Dealing Policy

Most tournaments allow for a deal to be made between players. If all remaining players agree to a deal, they can initiate the deal by selecting the appropriate option at the table. Players can then discuss the terms of the deal, accepting or rejecting the offer. Any deal is only valid if all parties involved reach a consensus.

Elimination Bounty Tournament Rules

Some specially designated tournaments (such as Bounty Hunter, starting in April 2019) allow players to receive additional bounties for eliminated opponents. A player who eliminates another player receives a set amount of bounty, which is added to their overall balance. However, the final settlement of bounties is not made until the final stage of the tournament (after the “bubble burst”), when the main prizes are distributed.

If several players split the pot as a result of equal hands, and this deal results in the elimination of other players, the bounty is divided equally among all players with winning hands.

Any coordination between players to intentionally eliminate a specific participant in order to receive a prize is prohibited. Such actions are classified as collusion and will result in disqualification from the tournament and/or additional sanctions.

Prize Distribution Policy

The 7XL platform reserves the right to make changes to the composition and value of the prizes awarded in any tournament. In some cases, the stated grand prize may be replaced by a cash equivalent of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the organizers.

Please note that payouts are rounded to the nearest cent. Fractional parts of a cent are not taken into account. For example, if the winning amount is $4,096, the player will receive $4.09.

Target Tournament Re-entry Compensation Policy

If a participant wins a second or subsequent ticket to a target tournament in which they are already registered or have exhausted the allowed number of entries, they will be compensated in the form of tournament dollars (T$). The compensation amount is equal to the entry fee for the target tournament minus the registration fee.

Example:
A player is already registered in a $100 buy-in tournament, where $90 goes to the prize pool and $10 is the tournament fee. If he wins an additional ticket to this tournament via a satellite, he will be awarded T$90 instead of second place.

This approach ensures fairness and eliminates duplicate entries within the same tournament.

Tournament Betting Policy

Many tournaments on the 7XL platform offer the opportunity for players to sell a percentage of their actions after registering for the tournament but before it officially starts.

If a participant who has sold a percentage of their actions decides to unregister before the tournament starts, all funds received from bet buyers will be automatically returned to the respective players. The seller does not retain the right to retain these funds.

### Technical Failure Refund Policy

In the event of unexpected server failures or extended downtime on the 7XL platform, the company undertakes to refund players in accordance with the rules below. 7XL may, at its sole discretion, make alternative decisions for situations caused by Licensee or third-party players.

Cash Games
All current hands will be voided and each player’s chip count will be restored to the state at the beginning of the hand.

Tournaments
Depending on the stage of the tournament, the following rules apply:

1. The tournament has not started
All registered participants will receive a full refund of their buy-in and fees.

2. The tournament has started but has not reached the paid places
– If the tournament is in the late registration period or has finished but has not yet reached the “bubble” (paid places), each remaining player will be refunded the amount of their fees and the current bonus (if applicable).
– The prize pool is distributed as follows:

– 50% equally among all remaining participants.
– The remaining 50% is distributed proportionally to the number of chips players have at the time of cancellation.

If the guaranteed prize pool has not been reached or exceeded, only the prize pool actually collected will be distributed.

3. The tournament has reached the paid places
– Participants will receive a refund of their fees and the current bonus (if applicable).
– The next prize pool is split equally among all remaining players, with the remainder distributed in proportion to their stacks at the time of the crash.

All transactions, including pots won and lost, are recorded in players’ accounts at the conclusion of each hand. 7XL uses the game state immediately prior to the crash to calculate compensation. It is important to note that not all players may experience a crash at the same time.

Wagering Refund Policy

1. Cash Back
If a player who sold a portion of their actions through the Wagering feature receives a cash refund equal to or greater than the original buy-in and fees, bet buyers receive a share of the total refund. The share is calculated in proportion to the amount of the bet purchased.

2. Ticket or Entry Refund
If, instead of a cash refund, a player receives a replacement ticket or entry to another tournament, bet buyers will receive a full cash refund.

These rules are intended to ensure fairness and transparency in the compensation process for both sellers and buyers of tournament events.
