General Conduct & Access

01 — Minor Access Policy

The 7XL platform is intended solely for users who have reached the age of majority (18+) as defined by the laws of their jurisdiction. Access is strictly prohibited for minors. Any detected underage accounts will be immediately and permanently blocked.

02 — Responsible Gambling

7XL is committed to safe and controlled gambling. The platform implements self-limiting tools, educational materials, and partnerships with relevant organizations to prevent gambling addiction and protect vulnerable users. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for more details.

03 — Anti-Money Laundering

7XL strictly adheres to all regulatory requirements to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal activities. Management and staff undergo regular compliance training. All transactions are monitored in accordance with international and local legal standards.

04 — Geographical Restrictions

Due to differences in legal regulations and political risks, 7XL temporarily restricts registration and access from certain countries. If your country does not appear in the registration list, access to 7XL services is not available in your region. The list of restricted territories is updated periodically.

05 — Multitabling Policy

Players may participate in multiple games or tables simultaneously. The maximum number of concurrent tables is limited by the technical parameters of the software (desktop, mobile, or browser). This limit ensures a comfortable experience for all participants.

Cash Game Rules

06 — Cash Game Entry Fee

To join a cash game table, a new player must post an entry fee equal to the table’s big blind. This fee follows the same principles as forced blind bets. Players may choose to «sit out» until the big blind is posted before acting.

07 — Missed Bets Policy

If a player misses blind bets while inactive, additional payments are required upon re-entry:

  • Missed small blind only — post an amount equal to the big blind (active bet, included in the current hand).
  • Missed both blinds — post the big blind as an active bet, plus the small blind as an inactive bet (added directly to the pot).

This prevents players from gaining an advantage by intentionally skipping forced bets.

08 — Tie-Breaking Rules

If two or more players have identical hands at showdown:

  • The winner is determined by the highest kicker (the card not part of the main combination).
  • If all cards are equal (absolute tie), the pot is split equally among all tied players.

09 — Time Limit & Time Bank

Each player must act within the allotted time limit, which varies by table type and game format. Failure to act results in an automatic fold and loss of all bets in that hand.

Most games provide a Time Bank — extra time that activates automatically when the standard limit expires. The time bank depletes gradually and is shown visually. If it runs out before a decision is made, the hand is automatically folded.

10 — Premature Exit Policy

Players who join a table, play one hand, and leave without completing at least 10 hands may be penalised for repeated exits at the same blind level. Penalties increase with frequency within any 12-hour period:

1st
No penalty
First offence
2nd
5 min ban
Same blind level
3rd
15 min ban
Same blind level
4th
30 min ban
Same blind level
5th
60 min ban
Same blind level

Exceptions apply when leaving a heads-up table or a table where the player is the last one present. This policy does not apply to Rush & Cash or All-In or Fold.

11 — Fee & Rake Policy

7XL charges a rake on every cash game pot. The rake varies by game type and stake level — full details are available in the Games section of the website.

Tournament games do not have per-hand rake but include a fixed tournament fee added to the buy-in. The fee is shown in the tournament lobby for every event.

Conduct & Chat Rules

12 — Table Conduct

  • Aggression, intimidation, or harassment of other players is strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive emoji use or shouting arguments in chat is unacceptable.
  • Discussing current hands or cards in play is prohibited until the action is over.
  • Intentionally pressuring opponents using information («coffee-housing») is a rule violation and may result in suspension or permanent ban.
  • Any offensive, discriminatory, racist or vulgar language will result in disciplinary action.

15 — Chat & Emoji Policy

Chat is for legal and constructive discussion only. The following is prohibited:

  • Defamatory, illegal, or third-party rights-violating content
  • Racist, vulgar, offensive, or threatening language
  • Impersonation of other players or organisations
  • Advertising or links to malware
  • Market manipulation, collusion, or data harvesting
  • Spam or excessive emoji use

7XL reserves the right to moderate chats, delete messages, ban accounts, or report violations to relevant authorities.

SnapCam streaming is prohibited for offensive, racist, sexist, or advertising content. Violators lose SnapCam access and may face additional sanctions including account banning.

Tournament Rules

13 — Tournament Policy

All tournaments start according to the schedule in the lobby. 7XL reserves the right to change start times, postpone, or cancel events without prior notice. Seats are randomly allocated. Final prize pool structure is determined after registration closes.

Late Registration

Late registration duration is shown in the tournament lobby. It may close early if the minimum paid-place threshold or maximum participant count is reached. In such cases, no additional entries are accepted and the prize pool is based only on collected fees.

Unregistration

Players may unregister up to a set time before the tournament starts. Some events (satellites, prize draws) may not allow unregistration. 7XL reserves the right to adjust registration terms without prior notice.

Tournament Elimination

When two or more players are eliminated in the same hand, standings are determined by chip count at the start of that hand. Equal chip counts are resolved by table position relative to the dealer button. The software automatically rebalances tables as players are eliminated.

Bounty Tournaments

In designated Bounty Hunter tournaments, eliminating a player awards a set bounty added to your balance. Final bounty settlement occurs after the bubble. If multiple players split a pot that eliminates others, the bounty is divided equally. Any coordination to intentionally eliminate a specific player for bounty is classified as collusion and results in disqualification.

Prize Distribution

7XL reserves the right to replace stated grand prizes with cash equivalents of equal or greater value. Payouts are rounded to the nearest cent. Fractional cents are not paid out.

14 — Disconnection Policy

Players accept the risks of technical issues including disconnections and lag. 7XL is not responsible for player-side disconnections but provides additional reconnection time in the final stages of real-money tournaments.

  • If facing a decision when disconnected — hand is automatically folded.
  • If no action required — hand may be checked through.
  • If not connected at hand start — cards are still dealt and blinds/antes are posted.

Coordinating intentional disconnections between players is considered collusion and is strictly prohibited.

Technical Failure & Refund Policy

Cash Games

In the event of a server failure, all current hands are voided and each player’s chip count is restored to the state at the beginning of that hand.

Tournaments — Not Yet Started

All registered participants receive a full refund of their buy-in and fees.

Tournaments — Started, Not Yet in the Money

Each remaining player receives a refund of fees and any current bonus. The prize pool is distributed: 50% equally among all remaining players, 50% proportionally to chip counts at the time of failure.

Tournaments — In the Money

Players receive a refund of fees and any current bonus. The remaining prize pool is split equally among all remaining players, with the remainder distributed proportionally to stack sizes at the time of the crash.

Responsible Gaming: Only play with funds you can afford to lose. If gambling becomes a problem, use self-exclusion tools in your account or contact a gambling support service. Players must be 18+.
