01 — General Provisions
Scope & Acceptance
The SEP is a binding document for all users of GGPoker platforms and the GGPoker Network (GGPN). Accepting the GGPoker Terms of Use automatically constitutes acceptance of the SEP. Any interaction with GGPN is considered full acceptance of these terms.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. GGPN will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access using correct credentials. GGPN reserves the right to cancel any illegally obtained funds.
Security Team Rights
If there are reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited activity, the Security Team may block accounts and conduct audits at any time — including during active play. Audits may restrict access to accounts, funds, gameplay, or bonuses.
In cases of suspected fraud, user information may be shared with relevant law enforcement agencies. All Security Team decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
One Account Per Player
Users with Verified Name accounts are strictly limited to one account on the GGPoker network. Creating or using additional accounts is strictly prohibited.
14 — Penalties Overview
Violations of the SEP may result in one or more of the following penalties:
- Warning — written notification of the violation
- Reward Removal — removal or reduction of promotional rewards
- Suspension — temporary account ban
- Account Closure — permanent account closure
- Permanent Ban — lifetime ban from the GGPoker network
- Funds Forfeiture — seizure of funds from Poker Wallet, Main Wallet, and pending withdrawals
- PokerCraft Access Removal — restriction of access to PokerCraft
- Game Removal — ban from participating in certain game types
Prohibited Actions — Fairness Violations
02 — Real-Time Assistance (RTA)
RTA is any external support that provides an unfair advantage, influences decision-making in real time, or allows play that would be impossible without such tools. All decisions at the poker table must be made solely by the player. Use of software, apps, web resources, charts, tables, or any reference materials during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
03 — Use of Bots
A bot is any software, algorithm, web service, or application that automates gameplay without human intervention or minimises the need for player decisions. All decisions must be made personally by the account owner. This includes AI systems, fully or partially automated tools, and any solution that automates game actions or strategies.
04 — Collusion
Collusion is coordination between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage. Each player must act independently and in their own best interest.
- Sharing hole card information before hand completion is prohibited.
- «Soft playing» — intentionally passive play against friends, sponsors, or associates — is prohibited.
- Coordination with intent to cause financial harm to other players is prohibited.
05 — Multi-Accounting
Multi-accounting is the intentional creation or use of multiple accounts within a single GGPN skin. Playing simultaneously from multiple accounts and using multiple accounts to abuse freerolls or promotions are both prohibited.
Anti-Abusive Practices
06 — Bam Hunting
Deliberately targeting less experienced players while avoiding skilled opponents. Prohibited actions include: tracking specific users by only joining games in their presence, and leaving games immediately after specific players leave or rejoining only when they return.
07 — Data Mining
Collecting hand histories other than your own personal game data. Importing hand histories is permitted only for analysing your own gameplay. Sharing PokerCraft data or hand histories with third parties is prohibited.
08 — Chip Dumping
Intentionally transferring chips to another player. Both sender and recipient are held responsible. Using chip dumping as a money transfer method is prohibited and may be classified as money laundering.
09 — Account Sharing
Using a single account between two or more individuals. Account owners may only play under their own credentials.
10 — Hit and Running
Leaving the table immediately after winning a large pot, denying opponents the opportunity to recover. Cases are evaluated based on pot size, number of hands played after the win, and frequency of such behaviour.
11 — Promotional Abuse
Actively exploiting promotional activities to obtain bonuses, promotions, or leaderboard rewards that the user does not have a legitimate right to.
12 — Unacceptable Behavior
Any actions that are defamatory, racist, vulgar, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory. Also includes: impersonating other users, spam, collecting personal data from other players, deceiving participants, or damaging computer systems. Applies across all communication channels including chat, SnapCam, and audio messages.
13 — Prohibited Tools & Services
