GGPoker Network Security and Environmental Policy (“SEP”)

**Current version: 20240229**

General Provisions

1.1. The Security and Environmental Policy (“SEP”), developed and maintained by the GGPoker Security Team (“Security Team” or “We”), is a binding document for all end users (“User”). Acceptance of the SEP is required to participate in games on the GGPoker platforms and the GGPoker Network (“GGPN”).

1.2. Acceptance of the GGPoker general terms of use by the User automatically means acceptance of the SEP. Any interaction with GGPN is considered as full acceptance of these terms.

1.3. The SEP aims to create and maintain a healthy gaming ecosystem on GGPN, where every participant can enjoy a safe, fair and fun environment. The policy is based on the principles of fair, legal and ethical competition.

1.4. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account, including login, password and other access data. In the event of unauthorized access to the account using correct credentials, GGPN will not be liable for any losses. We also reserve the right to cancel any illegally obtained funds.

1.5. GGPN does not compensate for losses caused by unauthorized or incorrect use of login data, unless we have failed to exercise due diligence.

1.6. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that the User is participating in prohibited activities, using unacceptable tools or services, the Security Team has the right to block the account and conduct an audit at any time, including during active play. The audit may entail restriction of access to the account, funds, gameplay (cash games and tournaments) or bonus rewards.

1.7. We reserve the right to make changes to the SEP. All significant updates will be communicated to Users via email or in-client notifications. Continued use of the services after notification is considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.8. In case of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we may pass on information about the User to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

1.9. In case of detection of violations of the fairness of the game, we may report this fact to the Poker Integrity Council.

1.10. In order to prevent fraudulent activities, we have the right to scan the User’s devices in order to detect prohibited programs, actions or tools. If the scan reveals suspicious activity, the software may analyze the associated files for comparison with databases of known illegal programs.

1.11. In case of violation of the SEP, the Security Team has the right to apply one or more penalties after a detailed investigation based on the collected data and evidence.

1.12. All decisions made by the Security Team are final and cannot be appealed.

1.13. Penalties may vary depending on applicable laws and regulations of the specific territory.

1.14. Users with Verified Name accounts are strictly limited to owning one account on the GGPoker network. The creation or use of additional accounts, both new and existing, is strictly prohibited.

1.15. Penalties that may be applied for violation of the SEP include, but are not limited to, the following:

– **WARNING**: Written notification of the violation.
– **REWARD REMOVAL**: Removal or reduction of promotional rewards.
– **SUSPENSION**: Temporary account ban.
– **ACCOUNT CLOSURE**: Permanent account closure.
– **PERMANENT BAN**: Lifetime ban from the GGPoker network.
